Confirmation & Payment
Presented by The Elite Squad Association (TESA). SoulFirst Inc. operates the retreat and collects payments.
Once accepted, you will receive payment instructions. Your place is confirmed after full payment. Payment confirms agreement with these policies.
Before payment, TESA will confirm in writing your package, room arrangements, inclusions, base fee, upgrade charges, approved discount, applicable tax and final total. The accepted written quote determines the amount payable.
Participant Cancellations
Accommodation, meals and facilitation are reserved in advance, so refunds are limited. Send cancellation requests to info@theelitesquad.ca. The date we receive your written request determines the refund tier.

TESA is not responsible for travel-related expenses.
Health, Responsibility & Participation
The Reset is a wellness and educational experience focused on regulation. It is not therapy and does not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care. No specific health or personal outcome is guaranteed.
Participation is voluntary. You may take a break or opt out of any activity, and you do not need to share personal experiences. Please communicate discomfort, relevant support needs or safety concerns to the facilitation team.
Participants are responsible for attending to their own well-being. Facilitators may ask someone to pause or step out of an activity when needed for safety, with care and respect.
Please arrive with openness, respect others’ boundaries and allow yourself to go at a comfortable pace.
