Restore Control. Rebuild Resilience. Return to Readiness.

A clinically-supported program combining insurance-covered therapy with a sponsored immersive retreat, designed for professionals operating under sustained stress.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This program is designed for:
-
Law enforcement officers
-
First responders (Fire, EMS)
-
CBSA officers
-
Social workers
-
Victim services personnel

If your role requires you to stay composed under pressure, manage high-stress situations, and carry cumulative exposure over time, this program is built for you.

WHAT THIS PROGRAM IS
The Operational Recovery & Resilience Program is a structured, multi-phase system, not a one-time session or retreat.

It combines:
-
Clinical psychotherapy (RSW-led)
-
A progression-based pathway
-
A 2-day immersive retreat experience

This approach ensures that participants are not only supported but also equipped to apply what they learn in real-world environments.

HOW IT WORKS
Phase 1 — Clinical Foundation
Participants begin with 6–10 psychotherapy sessions, delivered by a Registered Social Worker.

These sessions focus on:
-
Understanding stress responses
-
Identifying patterns and triggers
-
Building foundational regulation strategies
Sessions are eligible for insurance reimbursement.

Phase 2 — 2-Day Immersive Retreat
Participants are invited to attend a structured retreat designed to reinforce and apply what has been developed in therapy.
The retreat includes:
-
Daily psychotherapy session (insurance-eligible portion)
-
Facilitated group work
-
Applied resilience and regulation exercises
Retreat Support Model
The retreat is partially or fully sponsored by The Elite Squad Association, depending on program availability and funding.
Participants contribute a minimal fee to support commitment and engagement.
Phase 3 — Integration
Following the retreat, participants complete 2–6 follow-up sessions to:
-
Reinforce behavioural changes
-
Address real-world challenges
-
Maintain progress over time
These sessions are also insurance-covered.

WHY THIS WORKS
Most programs offer either:
-
Clinical support without application
-
Experience without structure
This program integrates both.
Participants move through a clear progression:
-
Awareness (therapy)
-
Application (retreat)
-
Integration (follow-up)
This structure supports sustainable change, not temporary relief.
