The pathway begins with L1 Regulate, a three-day retreat focused on restoring internal safety and nervous-system capacity. From there, participants may continue through deeper levels of embodiment, clarity, and responsible action, supported by guided practice and community over time.

RADAR™ Personal Safety

RADAR™ is a trauma-informed personal safety program that helps people build awareness, regulation, safer decision-making, and practical readiness for real-life situations. Instead of relying on fear, aggression, or physical strength, RADAR™ focuses on prevention, perception, assessment before action, and responsible response.

RADAR™ connects internal regulation with external safety. Participants learn how to stay grounded, recognize risk earlier, choose safer positioning, de-escalate when possible, and reconnect to support when needed.

Our Three RADAR™ Pathways

RADAR™ for Community
Practical safety-readiness training for individuals, organizations, workplaces, and community groups. This pathway focuses on everyday awareness, safer decision-making, de-escalation, and responsible response in public and community environments.

RADAR™ for IPV Safety Readiness
A trauma-informed pathway for people affected by intimate partner violence. This pathway focuses on awareness, nervous-system capacity, body protection, assessment before action, escape-readiness, and connection to professional support. It complements shelter, counselling, crisis, legal, and safety-planning services.

RADAR™ for Youth
An age-appropriate prevention and safety-awareness pathway for young people. This pathway helps youth build confidence, emotional regulation, boundaries, peer-pressure awareness, online and school safety awareness, safer choices, and trusted support-seeking.
